We at aim at customer satisfaction. We guarantee consumer rights & keeping you well aware by advice offered through our catalog, website and social media or through any other medium. The policy mentioned below is for the same service. It applies to all the orders placed online via our website.

Items that can be returned:

You are entitled to have the product returned on the occasion of them being defective or not in compliance with your order. In any case you are not satisfied with the product you have a right to return it easily (subject to time limit) provided that:

o    The product you are returning is intact and complete

o    The product is not utilized in any way (neither washed nor dry cleaned)

o    The packaging of the item is intact and unblemished

Items that cannot be returned:

o    It is not complete or an item is missing

o    It is customized in size, style or customization in fabric

o    It is stained, emits body odors or perfume scents has marks, damages or water stains.

o    Undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

o    Discounted final sale merchandise is non-returnable.

In order to return or exchange any item please email our customer services at Our Customer care staff would revert to you within 24 hours (During Weekdays). You can send the item back as per the instructions of our Customer Care Representative. Return shipping would not be charged from you. If in any case you have to pay the shipping fee for your return, the shipping fee would be refunded to you or it can be adjusted in your next order. Please be informed we do not accept returns for products NOT purchased through this website.

With original receipt:

o    All unworn, unwashed or defective items can be returned within 10 days of purchase along with the original receipt for the full paid price items.

Without original receipt:

o    All unworn, unwashed or defective items can be returned without the original receipt.

o    The merchandise without receipt will be refunded at the current selling price and an exchange will be offered in the form of store credit that can be used to buy any product at the similar or higher value.

o    Hijabulhareem reserves the right to refuse excessive non-receipted returns.

o    Discounted final sale merchandise is non-returnable.

o    Undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

o    Products carrying a smell or stain from a deodorant, perfume, body lotion etc., are non-returnable.

o    Altered garments are considered as a final sale and are non-returnable.

Time limit

The return is subject to time limit i.e. ten (10) days after delivery. The receipt of the product will be needed for our convenience and your ease.

Returning Gifts

We do not issue refunds at gift products as soon as order is accomplished and product is sent. If you wish to return the gift product you are advised to contact the original purchaser of Hijabulhareem product who can then follow the procedure for returning of order subject to time limitation that is ten (10) days.

Refund Policy

The facility of refund is provided for the convenience of our customers on the basis of original form of payment. The refund will be ensured after the returned items have reached the warehouse and processed. For us to provide you with our maximum utility services it is requested that ‘three weeks' time be given to us from the date of receipt of the returned items. Or in the case of product cancellation before delivery the three weeks' time will commence from the date of confirmation of the cancellation.

In case the items are returned owing to defect or similar problem e.g. the product not in conformity with your order etc. we are liable to pay for the return-shipping cost.

International Orders:

Returns & Exchanges cannot be entertained for International Orders, in addition customers would have to pay Import Duty and taxes applied at the time of delivery to customer.
