Domestic Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan at a flat shipping rate of Rs. 300. Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after processing.
International Shipping
International shipping charges vary based on destination and order quantity. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after order processing. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Customized items, accessories, undergarments, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers must contact our support team to initiate a request. Refunds for eligible orders within Pakistan are processed after inspection and may take 15–20 working days.
