Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered. Products must be unused, unwashed, complete, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Accessories, customized products, undergarments, sale items, and products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or odors are not eligible for return or exchange.

We deliver across Pakistan at a flat shipping rate of Rs. 300. Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after processing.
International Shipping
International shipping charges vary based on destination and order quantity. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after order processing. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
